Visiting this website
When you open a page, the server of our hosting provider in Germany automatically records technical data: IP address, date and time, the page requested, browser and operating system, and the referring page. This is needed to deliver the website and keep it secure (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). The log files are deleted after a short period.
No cookies, no tracking
This website sets no cookies, uses no analytics or advertising tools and loads no content from third parties. Fonts and images are served from our own server.
Contact via WhatsApp or email
If you contact Dr. Nurul via WhatsApp or email, she uses the information you send (name, number or email address, messages and photos) only to answer your enquiry and assess your treatment options. The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR (your enquiry before a possible treatment). Photos of your hair or scalp can reveal health information; they are used only for Dr. Nurul’s medical assessment, which is covered by medical confidentiality (Art. 9(2)(h) GDPR). Please send photos only if you agree to this use (Art. 9(2)(a) GDPR). You can withdraw your consent at any time.
WhatsApp is a service of WhatsApp Ireland Ltd. (Meta). Its own privacy policy applies, and data may be transferred to the USA. If you prefer, you can send your enquiry by email.
Your messages and photos are deleted once they are no longer needed for your enquiry, unless medical record-keeping duties require longer storage.
AI chat assistant
The chat assistant on this website is an AI, not Dr. Nurul. It starts only after you click “Start chat”. To generate the replies, your messages and the conversation so far are sent via our server to Anthropic Ireland Ltd. (Claude). Anthropic processes them on our behalf under a data processing agreement; processing may also take place in the USA on the basis of the EU standard contractual clauses. Anthropic does not use these messages to train its models.
The legal basis is your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR) and, if you mention health information, your explicit consent (Art. 9(2)(a) GDPR). You can withdraw your consent at any time by stopping the chat. Please do not enter names, contact details, photos or medical records.
We do not store the content of the conversation on our server. To prevent misuse, the server keeps a shortened, salted hash of your IP address for no longer than 48 hours. Anthropic keeps inputs for a limited period according to its terms. Your browser keeps the conversation only for the current session so that it stays open when you switch pages; it is deleted when you close the tab or start a new chat.
The WhatsApp button in the chat only opens WhatsApp with a prepared message. Nothing is sent until you send it yourself; the section on WhatsApp above then applies.

Links to Instagram, LinkedIn and WhatsApp are plain links. No data is sent to these services until you click them.
Your rights
